He pointed out that the dryer was on the wrong side in the laundry room and offered to move it, which we did. He also installed a dryer exhaust cover on the exterior of the home to prevent animals entering. He and his employee swept up after themselves, but there was still some dust from the job that we needed to clean up after they left. Al and his employee were both very nice and professional. "The AC was freezing up and water was condensating and dripping off the unit. I had Air 3000 come out and evaluate the unit. They were here within a few hours and walked me through the problems. Decided a new unit was in order and arranged for one to be installed in 2 days.
Installation went smooth and the unit works very well. They offered several upgrades to the unit (i.e. UV light) and checked and re-hung all the air conduits. The workmanship appears to be very well done.
