It was a lower grade one and they came out and fixed it and upgraded the system free of charge. It was outstanding, I didn't expect them to do that I was willing to pay for it but they did it for free. 

The area for improvement would be the ability to find customer information in the system when the customer calls in seems to be a bit slow at times and the associates on the other end struggled to find the info in a timely manner."
