Tryton was very knowledgeable about the necessary items that needed repair as well as breaking them down into customer usage. After learning our old garage door openers were unable to be updated, he suggested a new opener that came with better lighting and another "touch" opener to access opener as well as replaced a hinge and gave the system a lube job to deter the noise. Very kind, patient, answered customer questions and even did the repair in extreme Texas heat condition. Highly recommend his service to those needing an upgrade to their old system.

Do not waste your time talking to any other company. Every other company that called me had a horrible sales pitch. Would not price over the phone and then showed up to high pressure sales my wife. DFW Garage Guys were Quick to respond, professional, reasonably priced. 100% recommend them.

He was very knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell me. While fixing my door he noticed the cables were fraying and showed it to me. I chose to replace them. He noticed I had a smart garage and gate and helped me program my them to my app, which he didn’t have to do.

Tryton was responsive, flexible, and timely. His evaluation was spot-on, and his free estimate beat all the other folks by almost $150. His price included a 10-year parts warranty, which other companies were charging $150-$300 more for. Work was completed quickly and done well. Our garage door is in better shape than when we bought the home three years ago!
