"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"I had a bad brass cartridge for my Roman tub, called another company off a recommendation. The guy comes out with just an iPad and shoe covers. Never looked into the actual problem, just told me they would need to go in through the wall to address my issue. I was quoted 1,800 just for that not including the write up didn’t even have them piping their work into my actual water line. Needless to say I started looking for another plumber. Hopped on here and Talbot reached out 1st, Michael was 1,000% the right choice for this job. He came by investigated the issue to make sure it was just the cartridge and had me ready to go in no time. I would a thousand percent recommend Talbot Plumbing, prices are straight forward and they want to address the problem not renovate your bathroom for a simple fix. "

"Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"Initially I was impressed with quick service. They came out 3 times. I needed a recall due to ongoing issues and that appointment was cancelled through home warranty. My complaint is company will not respond to me text and calls to discuss resolution of damage to my property by their technician. I need this company to be ethical and professional and replace the damaged parts caused by them. I’m sure not intentional I’m wondering if they have insurance because they should have been prompt to respond. I trusted them in my home for repairs and dryer was damaged during the process of dismantling for repair. They should have acknowledged the damage on the spot instead of running out ghosting me. I’ll keep updated."
