"Sheds by Keith built an 8x15 foot garden shed for me and I have been thrilled with the end result. I had watched them build sheds for two of my neighbors and was impressed by Keith and his experienced crew members, so I knew up front the quality of the construction to expect. They are very professional and really care about providing excellent service and keeping the customer happy. They showed up on time every day, answered my calls in a timely manner, kept the job site clean and took care not to trample my flowers next to the job site. They worked closely with me to ensure I knew exactly what went into the detailed line-item costs for everything so there would be no surprises. An example of their customer service to my project: I decided to change a few things at the last minute. I wanted to install a second set of double doors, enlarge the size of window trim, install plywood on the ceiling rafters. There was no drama at all, they just counseled me about what the additional work would cost. I agreed to the increase and they worked hard to finish the job by the deadline. I would definitely recommend Sheds by Keith."

"DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. We paid for an entire interior paint job on our house at the end of 2021. Almost immediately the paint started to chip. We worked with David Dowd and Tim Kelly (owner) to remedy the situation to no avail - in fact, they blamed the peeling paint on us stating that ?we should have known? the type of paint that the previous owner used. After spending thousands of dollars on legal fees in attempt to get Southern Painting to fix their work, we are still stuck with a horrible paint job (here we are at the end of 2025). During mediation, Tim Kelly threatened to file bankruptcy to avoid paying to correct his faulty job. We are currently under an agreed judgement of $40,000; however, we have been advised that he is likely contemplating bankruptcy in order to avoid paying us what we are owed. BUYER BEWARE!"

"Can't say enough good things about Pro1 Windows & Doors! The process was excellent from start to finish. Dan came out to provide an estimate, was straight forward (not too sales-y) and confident in his product. They were very competitively priced and after doing some research on their window product and comparing Pro1 against other quotes I received (4 total), it was a no-brainer. They under promised and over delivered in every way. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the windows, they were here in 2.5. I was told scheduling installation could take some time, I was on the schedule the following week. I was told installation would take the better half of a day, they were done in 3 hours. Installation day was seamless. They over communicated about their arrival time and were respectful towards my house and furniture, making sure that things were carefully moved away as needed and covered. The windows look excellent and I am thrilled with the update to curb appeal of my home!"

"Although it took weeks to get the repair person to come & I had to call several times to confirm time, appointment was delayed & moved twice. The work was efficient & in half an hour Andres was done. Only concern was, no price was ever given until I got the bill by email. I asked lady on the phone & Andres but both denied knowing how much it will cost. That they will call back but never did. Price of job should be available & be given prior to the work done so no worrying & payment is fixed after the discount given through Angie’s list was deducted from the Company’s pricing."
