They started early everyday worked threw the hot sun very respectful staff I honestly never seen such great work before they are very fast and paid attention to all the details to helpmake our home look like it's a new home lifetime siding and skirting he beat everyone else's price I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a great contractor on Windows and siding that's very professional respectful and will beat anyone's price not to get the job but to help their customers!?

He offered to work from 7 am to 5 pm and it was really hot. I advised him that it was too hot. I offered for them to come in at any time to get water. It went very well. Its not a scale of 1 to 10 with them.Its more like 1 to 1000 and they would be at the top.

Jeff Bland, the owner of Town & Country CAN make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!  I bought an ugly two story home on short sale late last year.  The siding on the upstairs portion of the house looked as though they nailed up boards from a garden shed.  The windows were the old energy inefficient original aluminum single pane sliders from the early 80's. 
Jeff was one of four local Waco companies that came out to bid on our job.  His bid was reasonably lower than the other companies out there and at first we were skeptical - wondering "how he could provide materials and labor at a lower price than others in town? ... So I asked him.  He told me he worked all of his jobs and the other worker with him has been working with him for over twenty years.  His sincerity won us over and we gave him our business.  We have never once regretted our decision and based on all the other unsavory sub contractors we've run into in this area, I feel fortunate and blessed to have had him on our job.  The siding is beautiful; the windows are installed perfectly, look amazing and are energy efficient.  What a transformation of our home! 
Without question, you'll want to call Town & Country if you are planning for windows and siding.  I also want to share how punctual he was.  I never had to wonder if he was going to show up or not and in spite of all the February weather delays, he communicated with us.  Even prior to starting the job, he would check with me periodically to find out how soon he could start.  I didn't have to track him down and beg for him to show up to do the job.  We still have a lot of work to complete on the house, but the new siding, windows and soffit gave me hope that the ugly duckling of a house could be transformed after all.
