"I can't say enough good things about Roger and his team. First, he does not use sub-contractors; all of his workmen are employees. This is great for his customers in several ways: 1) Roger controls the schedule, so you are not dependent on independent subs reliability--which is often an issue. Work gets done efficiently and quickly; 2) the entire team is professional, pleasant, and responsive. They know that their work reflects on Roger and the team, and it shows. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They kept an exceptionally clean work site, and managed to make room for my car in the garage every night (they staged a lot of the materials there) even though I know it created extra work for them. 3) the quality of the work was exceptional and they very quickly addressed any issues that cropped up. Roger's estimate was detailed, and very close to the final bill. I received credit for some items that cost less than expected and paid a little extra for a couple of things that cost more. I felt like the charges were fair and clear. Roger answered all of my questions quickly and fully. He was finished very quickly and when there were delays he communicated why. I was also extremely impressed at how he handled some unintentional damage to a wall. The team banged up one wall in the hallway while moving something. Roger's folks came and textured and repainted, but it looked bad. He came back and redid. And then redid it again until it looked perfect. I don't think there is any higher praise that you can give a contractor than when there is an issue it is fixed quickly and completely. I will absolutely hire Roger and his team again for future projects. I highly recommend them."

"Back in November 2024, my husband and I discussed remodeling the kitchen to something brighter and more spacious. The brown cabinets made the kitchen look dark and dreary. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Tell Projects. We met with Adrianna who listened to our vision for the remodel, listened to our concerns and provided us with their credentials. She set out to design what the kitchen could look like. Once we received the estimate and signed the contract we set a start date. We were given a 3–4-week time frame, allowing for anything unexpected (like snowstorm Enzo on January 21 and 22). Project started January 2, 2025, with the demo, and was completed on January 27, 2025, with touch up painting and walk through. We could not be happier with the results. The pictures do not do justice to what our kitchen now looks like, All the workers were courteous, friendly and professional. Some of the workers even offered suggestions on how to make the design more user friendly and complimentary. They left the site clean every time they worked on it. I initially hired Hickory Remodeling & Construction to reinstall my toilet, install a new garbage disposal, and repair my back door. They did such a great job, I wanted them to complete more work. "Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)"
