"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"

"They did the work in less than 2 weeks and it looks great. Dan was good to work with. He worked to get things they way I wanted but also had good advice. He checked on things daily to make sure things were being done right and the way we wanted and was willing to change things if needed. He communicated well and he has a secretary to follow up with too that was good. I thought the bid was very reasonable. We would use him again."

"Back in November 2024, my husband and I discussed remodeling the kitchen to something brighter and more spacious. The brown cabinets made the kitchen look dark and dreary. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Tell Projects. We met with Adrianna who listened to our vision for the remodel, listened to our concerns and provided us with their credentials. She set out to design what the kitchen could look like. Once we received the estimate and signed the contract we set a start date. We were given a 3–4-week time frame, allowing for anything unexpected (like snowstorm Enzo on January 21 and 22). Project started January 2, 2025, with the demo, and was completed on January 27, 2025, with touch up painting and walk through. We could not be happier with the results. The pictures do not do justice to what our kitchen now looks like, All the workers were courteous, friendly and professional. Some of the workers even offered suggestions on how to make the design more user friendly and complimentary. They left the site clean every time they worked on it. She helped me design my bathroom and incorporate my ideas about color and technology while still keeping a holistic and modern aesthetic.
