There wasn't an option to select fencing, that's the work that was done. Wonderful experiences! We didn't have to wait long for the work to start, and the timeline was what we were told to expect. Excellent work and transparent service. I highly recommend!! We had an issue with animals getting in the property unexpectedly while the work was underway, so the crew even stayed later to finish the same day to help keep our pets safe. Incredible service!

My experience was fantastic from start to finish! Nicolas was supportive and available whenever I called. He did everything he said he would do and more! Each of the craftsmen that work with him are very talented and were on schedule! I could not be more thrilled and thankful for the support and craftsmanship that resulted in my bathroom just like I imagined! I Highly recommend!

Nicholas is an absolute professional and very easy to talk to. He is honest and operates under a code of ethics. I knew I could trust him to do a quality job. Nicholas was quick to respond to the initial inquiry, as well as throughout the renovation process being transparent, and kept the communication flowing. His team was skilled, thorough, and worked hard throughout the process often six days a week. Nicholas offered to help select materials, which he did, presented design options offering many choices from his showroom, and was willing to use a local chain tile store to help keep costs down. I have been so pleased with the work of his crews, that I have chosen to work with Comax again for a remodel of the guest bath!

We wanted to remove the tub in our master bathroom and replace with a walk in shower. We talked to numerous contractors and picked Comax. Nicolas and his team were great from start to finish. Nicolas is very responsive and all the work completed timely and very well done with great attention to detail. We liked the work so much we had them replace our kitchen backsplash tile too. Look no further and give them a call.

I can’t say enough about Comax Home Renovation’s attention to customer service. I reached out to Nicholas to help my daughter who had just purchased her first home. Although the house had been renovated, there were numerous issues sited by the inspection report that had to be addressed to make it a safe home. The job included electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing repairs and handyman services. The work started promptly on time as promised, and was finished within the time frame agreed upon. Nicholas was always available for questions and updated me daily on the job progress and sometimes twice a day. His subcontractors were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves after each day of work. Carlos is very friendly, and did a great job on the various handyman services required. The most helpful thing about our experience with Comax was that Nicholas was extremely flexible and willing to work with my daughter’s tight budget throughout the project . He helped guide us through the difficult decisions of what to address now and what to leave for later as the her budget allows. It was a pleasure working with Nicolas and his crew and I would highly recommend their services.

Comax Renovations makes magic happen! We started having our bathrooms remodeled by another company and were completely abandoned by them shortly after demolition was complete. After months of uncertainty, Nicolas came in and took charge of the situation and finished the remodels to perfection within 2 1/2 weeks! He has excellent specialty crews on call, from sheet rock, paint, tile, granite, glass installation and cabinetry work to plumbing and electrical, that were all hard-working, honest and detail oriented. Nicolas managed the project professionally, maintained daily communication and the cost was very reasonable for the high quality of the work performed. He was even able to accommodate a few special requests that were made during the process and still completed everything within the timeframe that he gave us. We are thrilled and can’t wait to use Comax renovations again for our next project

Carnac Renovation did an excellent job in making my old bathroom safe and beautiful. The shower was brought up to par with wheelchair accessible to the shower, safety bars, conformable seating and shelves for shower supplies. Safety bars were installed were specified. I am very pleased with the renovations of my bathroom.

In May 2022, Comax replaced my roof and built a new porch in my backyard. The quality of the workmanship is evident and I'm very pleased with the results. However, about a year and a half later, I noticed that one of the porch pillars was bended. When I contacted Nicholas, the owner of Comax, he was very professional and helpful. Nicholas responded immediately to my call and took immediate action to resolve the issue. Even though the contractor responsible for the porch had left his company, Nicholas came to my house personally to inspect the problem and contact the contractor to make the necessary repairs. Throughout the entire process, Nicholas demonstrated a high level of professionalism, focus and dedication to ensure client satisfaction. He consistently followed up on progress, communicated effectively with me and the contractor, and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Nicholas and his team. I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Comax did an excellent job. We hired them to do our tile in the entrance, dinning room, kitchen and laundry room. Nicholas worked with us to get it done right and we feel it was worth the money and time. The crew knew how to treat foundation cracks prior to leveling the floor and they took the appropriate wait time for materials to dry before each subsequent step.

The thing that separated Nick from the others was that he took pride in his work, was very professional and showed a lot of integrity. He gave us exactly what we wanted in our bathrooms.
