However the only negative comment is the price, I thought the price charged to be very excessive see break down Locate Leak $465.40 Access Panel (Cut into sheet rock 2 times) $679.48 Run single loop of 60ft of nylon hot water pipe $4413.53. Taking in account $200 for raw materials, correct me if I am wrong and 30 minutes for lunch break, a total of 5 hours. The labor rate works out to be $1071.68 per hour for 1 plumber and 1 laborer. This I believe to be unacceptable labor rate I have requested a justification but as yet I have not had a reply"
