"Zeno was excellent in every way. Very nice guy, and explained the entire process thoroughly. And with before and after photos. Came out on a Saturday to give us a quote, and as it was reasonable, did the work on the spot. He cleaned the dryer vent from the laundry room to where it exited the roof, removed all the old sealant tape in the attic, replaced with new, and caulked the roof vent. He completely cleaned up all the dryer lint. He could not have been better. As the company also does HVAC duct cleaning, I was wondering how hard he might push to sell a job for that. He did mention it before he left, but NO pressure ate all. We did ask for a quote, and he provided one, but no pushing in any way - just a nice, helpful guy. The fastest way to not get a job from me is to be the slightest bit aggressive, and he handled it perfectly. The experience with Zeno was nothing but pleasant."

He is super honest and easy to work with, and quickly solved our rodent issues and sealed up all the entry points for reasonable cost. We had the attic re-insulated afterwards and haven't had any issues since. We called him back a couple years later to install two fireplace log kits and repair some parts of a broken outdoor fireplace. The project involved a lot of variety – primarily adding new guttering where none existed and removing/replacing existing undersized gutters. This included had some one-story, and a lot of two-story gutters. It also involved adapting downspouts to an underground drain as well as routing downspouts to avoid dropping second-story water on to a first-story roof. Even with the complexity of the task, the Northwest’s price was quite reasonable based on other estimates. The install crew was courteous, quick, and thorough. The completed project looks great. "This is a very bad place to do business. Yes they give free estimates that are outrageous and they are very intimidating and high pressure. They have pictures of other places and try to to tell you it yours. They do a very poor job. Cant even clean a dryer vent properly. Never again. i will find a better place. try stanley steemer."
