We called him back a couple years later to install two fireplace log kits and repair some parts of a broken outdoor fireplace. "The tools were not charged when they arrived, no pictures of chimney inspection prior to cleaning, and I had to request a picture of the chimney interior once the very quick (what they called a deep cleaning) was done. I would not recommend."
