"Gleam Team came out to pressure wash my house, clean my windows and screens, and pressure wash my drive and walkway. Although they did an adequate job, there were also complications. One of the workers stood on top of my AC unit (instead of his ladder) and his weight caused him to go right through the top and break the fan blade. I was reimbursed by Gleam Team for over $1,300 in damages to my AC system. However, I found out later on that some of my screens that were run through their cleaning machine had holes shredded through them, which I did not realize at the time. I will now have to take the time to go and get them re-screened so I can open the windows when the weather gets cooler. In summary, I like a job done without a lot of complications. I've got enough problems to deal with as is."

There were some bad stains on the house from gutter overrun and the stains are gone. We have oak and elm trees and a new roof and we were told our gutters were the worst ever seen. They cleaned them as promised with no additional charge. The windows, inside and out, are bright and clean and the side walks look practically new. Nice people, excellent service. "Juan is very busy, so there was a delay getting him & his worker out to my house. but his work is good. as we agreed to, in my small backyard he cut the rain fed tall grass growth down close to the ground, just as I wanted. they also cut back 1 of my side yards, but I had to ask him to come back the next day to finish the job we agreed to. of you keep after him, the work gets done."
