Greg with Do It Right Home Inspections went above and beyond in his work! He took extra time checking every single part of our home, and was extremely thorough. He even caught a major water leak with his infrared scanner that was in the drywall that I believe a less thorough inspector would have missed. I highly recommend him to give you peace of mind when purchasing a home!

In my experience, most home inspectors would rather the party involved not be present during the inspection. Greg not only was ok with me being present, he was clear on the front end that he would prefer me be present during the process. Greg was very detailed and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the entire inspection process. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He is super friendly and personable. He also had availability the next day which was the main reason we chose him. He also provided several tips for home maintenance. However, as he was constantly trying to explain everything to us during the inspection, it caused us to wonder how much he missed because he was so focused on explaining the last issue. I don't think the quality warranted paying more than others. I also wish he had taking more pictures. His report was helpful for our next steps including his recommendation to also have a plumber provide a specific inspection. This was crucial for our negotiations with the seller.

Greg from Do It Right Home Inspections is FANTASTIC!! His website is clear in terms of what services are offered and the pricing. He was able to fit us into his schedule for an inspection that was sort of last minute. Most of all, he is extremely thorough!!! He went through the entire house and pinpointed things that were not apparent, and explained things that looked like they might be a major issue but actually weren't. He delivered the report the very next day; it was extremely detailed with descriptions and photos and it even contained definitions for terms that are not familiar. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection.
