Very nice and accommodating. Came out same day to assess problem. Price was reasonable. Set exterior traps and inspected and identified how rodents getting access into attic. Explained timeline and mitigation to repair entry areas. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of what this type of pest situation needs to have done so that does not keep repeating. Highly recommend and will hire again.

They have been excellent. Noel is usually the one who comes out and he is very courteous, thorough, respectful, and he answers all of my questions. Deanne works out of the office and is very sweet as well. As a matter of fact, they are all a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Victor was earlier than scheduled and prepared to do the work. His quote was fair for the job so, I agreed. He explained it would be a couple of days before we'd see results. I recommend this company and so far, I'm very pleased! I will re-hire as other issues arise.

We have been using this company for two years for mosquito spray. Last year went fine. This year has been so disappointing. The mosquitoes have not gotten better and when i call to get a respray, i get charged. Today i was told that instead of charging monthly for mosquito spraying, their computer is in charge of when i will be billed for spraying and that they do not have control over this. So, I canceled my service. It wasn't working, mosquitoes were still swarming, i was being charged every three weeks vs four and was not receiving respray treatments in a timely manner when i called for them.

"Our mosquito program services customers every 3-4 weeks. Active ingredients utilized in our treatments begin to break down at that time, making the application less effective. Therefore, our software is designed to generate appointments and route customers based on this timeline. Applying 4-5 weeks is not ideal for successful mosquito management in our program. Detailed information is mailed/emailed to current mosquito customers at the beginning of the season outlining this information. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction with our program and wish you success in future pest control in your home."

Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn Services provides exceptional service. Our newly sodded lawn (Summer 2018) was riddled with weeds. Within a few months of starting the weed control process, the grass began to take over and the weeds were dying. By the spring/summer of 2019 our lawn looks like a well maintained golf course. Excellent, excellent work. We are using the service as an ongoing process for our lawn with treatment occurring approximately every two months. The cost is $87.00 for each treatment or about $43.50 per month. The cost is very reasonable and well worth the outcome.

I called Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn Services that was suggested by Angie's List and asked for a quote to mow my lawn and evidently they do not mow lawns, even though part of the name of the company is called "Lawn Services " but still do not cut lawns, somewhat misleading . It would be nice that a company that was suggested my Angie's List , under " Yard and Lawn" would actually preform that service, but taking my business else where.

Excellent service. Just wish he could of notified a future prospect at our neighbors to eliminate the bees for they have them as well so doesnt keep them from flying around our yard. Possibly could of been a new customer for him as well and satisfied us 100%. Was hoping he would have.

I was looking for a year-round lawn fertilization service and called this company because of the good reviews on Angie's List. They came out for an estimate and gave me great tips on what I could do to help maintain a healthy lawn in addition to the fertilization services. They were very knowledgeable about the differing needs of lawns depending on grass type and told me exactly what they would apply to the lawn, how often they would apply it, and what to expect after each application. There is no contract and you just pay as you go. The workers are very polite and professional and I feel like my lawn is in good hands.

Mark came to our home, did a free 11 point lawn analysis. Seemed professional. Gave us an estimate of $225 for the lawn, $150 for the bed weed treatment, and $169 for tree & shrub. All totaled -- $544. We agreed to periodic lawn treatments -- and other treatments as needed. A couple days later they called and asked how we would be paying. We opted to pay by check after receiving the service. The next day the office called to set an appointment for Saturday between 12 and 5PM. Saturday was a perfect sunny Spring day. No wind and no rain. In other words it was perfect day for getting out. So it was a sacrifice to wait all day for them to arrive. BUT THEY DIDN'T!! At about 5:30 PM, my husband called Mark on his cellphone to find out what happened. No answer. Left word on his voicemail. That was Saturday. It is now Monday 1:15PM -- still no return call!! So we definitely do not recommend this service. FYI -- While here, Mark said Bob Jenkins had retired and that he and his partner now run the business. He said he had managed Tru Green in another area for several years. According to the web, Tru-Green has bad reviews for their no shows. Keep in mind, the last previous reviews here were positive but they were given in 2014.

"Thank You for expressing your concerns. Our records indicate this service was set up in our system on Saturday March 10th and was scheduled for Saturday March 17th. We performed all work on Saturday March 17th. We do not understand the confusion on this. If we failed to return a phone we apologize, however, we also have a office number. To set the record straight Bob has retired but is still somewhat active in the business and the company is still being ran by the family! A lot of our employees have worked for other companies so I'm not sure how you can compare us to a company they are no longer with? You were contacted by phone about this matter and stated you were perfectly happy with our service and want to continue but you stated above that you would not hire us again!!?? We have had MANY reviews since 2014!!"
