We are s very good local company. We make sure that our customer's and their happiness with the job that we are hired come first. If there is a job that we can not take on or do not do. We will personally find you one that does and will do the job with as much pride as we take in out work. I normally do not charge a trip charge to do a bid but that would also depend on where this job is located. We hope to see you very soon

We are a full service general contractor, if none of our staff are experts in what needs to be done at your home or business. We have friends who are, and these associates are more than happy to sub-contract the jobs that are beyond the scope of what we do. Aside from Air Conditioning (We are not EPA Certified for handeling freon), major electrical work (beyond lighting, rewiring, repairs etc. More things like meter loops and more serious installs), and major plumbing. These things we will sub out to more qualified business partners. Our associates have each been in their respective trades for at least 10 to 15 years, and have had a 100% positive rating with every job they have done for us.

"Mid-July through August in San Antonio and South Texas can be brutally hot, and it was and still is in 2020. On a 105 degree Wednesday in mid-July, our air conditioning went out. Not good. With the pandemic, the heat and our age (over 70), we needed help quickly. After a very bad experience with a different contractor, we called 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning. They reacted to our situation the next day and scheduled a crew for a full replacement system to be installed on Friday morning. They're pricing was fair (and less that the other contractor), and they did not try to take advantage of us for the expedited service. We found 1st Choice to be highly professional, meticulous in the installation and very customer centric -- very straight forward. They've called several times afterward to make sure the system was functioning properly and that my wife and I are happy. Very refreshing in today's business environment.
