Great work. Brandon was a hard worker with a great attitude. He was definitely concerned with making sure the project turned out right. We are very pleased with the work.

Sergio must have been a star in his day. From 2006 to 2007 he appeared on five episodes of Flip This House as Sergio Yutani, Yutani Construction, General Contractor. When I met him he agreed to do an entire house renovation for $17,000. This was to include new paint on the interior and exterior of the house, new floors, sheet rock where required, renovating two bath rooms, and the kitchen. He was paid to replace all doors, fixtures, granite countertops in the ktichen. I admit that I made some change orders that he rightfully negotiated additional money which I paid. He required 50% of the money up front and the rest on a draw schedule. He never had a real crew; he would often use his kids and day labor he could find. I found out that he was renovating apartments in Austin, which soon become his main focus. To some it up, the he took my money, did not pay the help he had hired, and for all intensive purposes walked off the job and never completed the work. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS. He is a theft and liar and will take advantage of anyone he can.

Sergio did some drywall work and painting. He also made the front door look very nice. It was very weathered. Sergio was a perfectionist and didn't do things as fast as I wanted, but the end result was nice.

Sergio has done rehab work for me since 1996. He has done hundreds of houses over the years. He is fair, honest and can be trusted to make difficult decisions when needed. He knows what to do and how to almost all aspects of a remodeling job. If he does NOT work in a certain area then he knows who to hire to get that part of the job done. I've been keeping him my secret but I've slowed down and can no longer keep him busy. Out of respect for all the years of work I am recommending him.
