They cleaned area before installing new water heater, which I was pleased with. They answered all my questions and they informed me that my water heater was going to be brought up to code. Young man took time to show me what was going to be done. They carry all parts with them so I didn't have to run to Lowes or Home depot to get parts before they got here. The employees were very polite and professional. They cleaned up the area very well after they were done too. The young man showed me what was done before paying them. Also, I was given an itemized invoice of all parts. The additional fee was $279.00 for parts and bring up to code.
