My experience with this man Arturo has been extremely difficult due to his machismo attitude. I am a single woman caring for my 92 year old grandmother and need help getting the heater started. This man came to my home and explained clearly what need to be fixed. He felt the need to talk politics as if he knew me and assumed that we shared the same views (we do not). This was the day after the election and an obvious conversation everywhere you turned so I let it go for a bit. He then took it to another level and started listening to a political podcast on speaker. I finally made a comment that he didn't like and continued. He then received a call from his wife on speaker. The conversation was still political on his part. She was actually calling to discuss his sister's funeral plans and he just kept on. By the time he was done I literally told him to get out of my house. Fast forward a few weeks I realize the heater is turning on and off by itself which was precisely what he had "fixed". I finally got around to calling him and he gave me attitude saying that it had been over two months so he could do anything. When I reminded him of the date he had come he raised his voice saying no to interrupt him I said the only reason I did interrupt was because he was exaggerating the time to get out of any warranty. I finally got tired of going in circles and hung up.

Horrible service, set up an appointment three times and they no-showed. They couldn't replace the sink correctly, the s-pipe leaked and it took them over a week to come back and fix it. They replaced the 3/4 inch pipe with 1/2 inch without consulting us and replaced the outside spiket with a water heater spiket and changed our permanent evaporative cooler connection with a cheap saddle clamp version that pokes a hole in the pipe so when we replace that, we are going to have to replace the whole pipe again.

They go above and beyond, they give good advice and tips so they don't have to come out so much. They come anywhere between once to twice a year.

It was good . When I called them , they told me what time they would be here and they were here , They looked at the old water heater and told me that it needed to be replaced and they replaced it. They did good work .

They came out and gave us the estimate.  They were waiting for someone else to help them with the job and didn’t return our call after that.  They were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.  They just never called back to do the work.  They were punctual.

I called A&P plumbing after hours to fix a broken water heater and
save us from a cold shower and Marcos Carmona came to the rescue!
A&P plumbing was quick to respond and reasonably priced. I will
definitely chose them again.

I now have a functional water heater and it was installed very professionally.  No complaints

I called four lousy, lazy, lying plumbers before I found Marcos Carmona, A&P Plumbing in the yellow pages. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBER BUT MARCOS. I AM REFERRING ALL MY EL PASO FRIENDS TO MARCOS. HE'S NUMBER ONE.
