He offered his advise on location for the tv, and the type of mount that he would recommend. When the mount that we purchased didn't work out, Andrew provided his own mount to make sure we would be satisfied. When the tv was initially hung, we had a problem with the mount not supporting the weight of the tv. Andrew was very responsive in coming out and addressing this problem.
