"Andrew and Dallas TV installers did an excellent job in hanging our tv. He came out promptly, within a couple days of our phone call. He offered his advise on location for the tv, and the type of mount that he would recommend. When the mount that we purchased didn't work out, Andrew provided his own mount to make sure we would be satisfied. When the tv was initially hung, we had a problem with the mount not supporting the weight of the tv. Andrew was very responsive in coming out and addressing this problem. The technician came out assessed my needs and did the work in about an hour and 15 minutes. I paid extra for the caps and a cable but seemed reasonable.
