Then to make it worse, confused her into signing up for some monthly membership to get a "discount" on bill. Wish she would've called me first. Just sad how they took advantage of her. Huge thank you to Victor for being able to get the outlet in the location we asked for. Being on the ouside wall, the location was not easy to reach.
