"The service went okay. The staff could do some of the work but were not skilled enough to do everything we needed done. We were looking to have them connect the audio visual on a home we just purchased. Two technicians were at my home for about 2-4 hours. It was mostly just a neutral experience. They were prompt and polite. They were just not as knowledgeable in their field as I had hoped. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the deal."

"I highly recommend Smith Thompson Home Security.  They are family owned and work directly with their clients, no automated voice recordings or call backs.  They scheduled a quote immediately at our convenience.  The technician came and removed his shoes, not to dirty our wood floors.  
He checked out the current equipment we have and gave us the cost for the upgrade. He installed the new equipment and checked all the sensors (doors, windows, & motion) to confirm that they were working correctly. Then he walked us through the new key pad, explaining how to set the alarm if we are both away, if we are both home at night, when one of us is home and one of us is away, and if we are both home during the day. His instructions were so clear and the alarm system itself is easy to use. The alarm system is wireless, without a extra cost that other companies charge. 
He recommended contacting our home owners insurance for a discount as we have our smoke detectors wired into the system. He also told us to contact the local police department to register our alarm system.

"Brian arrived on time, along with another man who he was training.   They were both extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what they were doing as well as make small talk with my family.
He also pointed out that the mantle of our fireplace was not level, and that he would align the TV to match the mantle, otherwise it would look like a crooked painting or picture hanging on the wall.
He installed a new power outlet behind the TV and hid the cabling in the wall of the fireplace with professional looking outlets.
Brian was very patient and very professional throughout the entire process.
The installation completed without any issues and the TV looks great in our Family Room and mounting it on the wall has "opened up" the room more.
