I was lucky enough to come across Pete Lewiston , TREC Licensed Inspector for my first year home warranty end inspection. He spent almost 3 hours inspecting my house thoroughly and found many an issue which I could never notice in my last one year stay in the house. At the end he spent sometime walking me through the list and to explain each one in detail. And by evening a detailed written report was given to me. Pete conducted a pre-closing inspection on my home and I was impressed as well with his knowledge, professionalism, and how detailed he was with my inspection. It went very well. The report was thorough and complete with photos. It will be valuable when we contact the builder for warranty work before our 1 year warranty expires. Our builder always requests photos of the problem when we request service and now we have them. We were pleased with the service and glad that we did it. The elevation survey will be useful for the future to see if the foundation has shifted over the years.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pete. He was professional, thorough, patient, informative and explained with clarity the areas that he deemed in need of attention.
