"We are getting ready to sell our house and had several items on our list. They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. "Rebuilt 800 sq ft deck and 2 pergolas. Adam was always on time and explained what he needed to do for the job. He totally removed the old deck and pergolas and rebuilt both in a very timely manner. He discussed any changes he need to make before hand and made sure that they were OK. At the end of each day he cleaned up the area and bagged all of the trash. The new deck and pergolas are much better than the original and look great! The cost was exactly what he quoted at the beginning of the job. I would highly recommend Adam and would not hesitate to hire him again."
