The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work he provided. You cannot go wrong hiring this pro."

He discussed any changes he need to make before hand and made sure that they were OK. At the end of each day he cleaned up the area and bagged all of the trash. The new deck and pergolas are much better than the original and look great! The cost was exactly what he quoted at the beginning of the job.
