"We are getting ready to sell our house and had several items on our list. They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. "In terms of quality, the without k was superb. We enlosed part of the garage and created an additional room to the house. The final product blended with the house as it is as originally built that way. To be more specific, Blake properly rasaised (floated) the garage floor to the same level of the house. Tight spqcing 2x4 was placed, nailed and plywood was then placed glued and nailed. There were no errors, rattling sound - just solid properly built floor. The same goes for the wall. Sound construction of studs and dry wall. The paint job wrapp d all of that bl nding perfectly with the rest of the house; truly as if it were built with with the original house. In terms of pricing. Blake was very reasonable. Money was not the motivator; the quality and good outcome was his main driver. He kept telling me "if you're happy, I am happy!" And I was very pleased with the work. Frankly, I would have paid more. But the trick is that I will be calling him back many tim s to come. In terms of timing, Blake was quick. The whole job took a week. He was 8:00 AM at my door step every day. The guy m ans business and he is seriuos about it."

"I highly recommend Matt and his team. Kind and courteous before you get to his knowledge and skills! He drives his team to meet rigorous standards. They work hard and put in long hours. Our build met lots if "hiccups" where required underpinning had not been done to the patio. Matt did not just carry on, everything was strengthened and put right before he allowed his team to continue with the build. Most impressed. Matt built us a large covered patio with cedar posts and beams, cathedral ceiling all in oiled pine, wall with a stable door shipped specifically from England, Austin stone fireplace with cedar beam and large gas fire place, grills, BBQ, sink, refrigeration etc all with granite tops and splashback, granite shelf atop of the pony walls surrounding the BBQ area and finished with a beautiful Travertine floor. The existing roof came off and Matt took the asphalt tiles off back to the house and replaced them all to ensure quality continuity to the aesthetics of the build Do not be put off by the company name, there is nothing "Budget" about them! Highly skilled, high quality work from a very knowledgeable young builder at a very fair price! I am so very glad Matt is young, it means he will be my builder of choice for years to come. He did much more with building two new cabinets, installing new lighting, hanging a new door and installing the kitchen backsplash.
