"DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well. "one of Worst company i delt with. Keystone is meant for only making money. Keystone is only eager to take first 60% per project cost after that they don't even care of customer and timeline. They don't even turn to visit site also and they are very very difficult to reach over the phone. And also they make customer to work with some Mexican people and make Customer responsible to deal with Mexican workers. at the end i have ended up with pay 18K USD. timeline they promised initially 14 days, and they took 2 months. They don't even come to site to check the quality. they only come to first payment and lock the customer, afterwards, they show the actual face. !!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTABLES AT ALL!!! !!! THEY WILL NOT JUSTFY WHAT CUSTOMER PAY MOENY VS project. !!! !!!! THEY ARE JUST LOOTERS, THEY WILL LOOT YOUR MONEY !!!! and also they will not pay money those Mexican workers also They will blackmail them ."
