Sean repaired a Pottery Barn upholstered dining chair with two loose legs, carefully preserving its original appearance so it continued to match my other dining room chairs. He also repaired an upholstered folding chair that had a manufacturer defect and fixed a loose pedestal table at my home. The chairs were completed within two days. All the repairs were included in the original price he quoted for repairing the one chair. I also hired Sean to install five smoke alarms. When I realized I had purchased the wrong type, he was very accommodating and rescheduled the appointment without any hassle. The installation was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage.
