We wanted a lot of detail work, and overall the job required different colors for the trim, garage door, and front door; a different type and color for the garage door trim pieces; different types of paint for the metal and plastic parts of the downspouts and drain inlets; primer for the lintels; and stain for the fence.
We gave him the job based on other reports in Angie's list.
They did everything right, in two days, and it looks great. Much better than when it was new, which was only 4 years ago.

A side comment about that: Builder used Sherwin Williams, and the west facing portions faded badly, and unevenly, pretty quickly. We had Lopez use Behr and Glidden, based on Consumer Reports ratings. We are hoping it will last much longer, or at least fade uniformly.
