"The salesman sold us on a job that was not what he sold. The job started a day late, took 1 1//2 days longer and almost went over the weekend with 11 holes surrounding my house. Most of the crew were very hard workers but a few liked to take long breaks, sitting in our outside rocking chairs leaving chicken bones for our dog to choke on. I was to told that when they left, I would be left with a foot high wall of dirt/concrete surrounding 3 sides of my house. The hoses that were dug in the patios were filled quickly at the very end of the job and dried uneven and look sloppy. I had to call 3 times to get someone to come back out to fix the cracks in the outside walls as promised by the salesman. I was told that there would be a job foreman visiting at least once a day and would keep me updated on the progress. I saw him once, the very last day to get the check for the job."

"Mr Castillo is the person you need to get the job done. The only delay to start the job was because of the rain but when it stopped he was here. Concrete foundation was done first day and concrete was layed the next day. It only took 2 days and we are very happy with his work. Mr Castillo and his team does excellant work, very professional as well as polite. He was on time and he made sure we were available before he arrived. They cleaned up before leaving, I love my patio and can't wait to dress it up. We are pleased and would highly recommend him. "Really enjoyed working with Jose on this project to replace my failing driveway. Jose was the first to respond, was prompt and showed up on time as scheduled and did exactly what we discussed. His bid was in line with the other contractors that I talked with, but the reason I chose Alliance was the fact that he provided me with photographs of several jobs that he had worked on over the past year. I went and looked at the work at a couple of his close-by jobs and the workmanship was very good. I am a structural engineer by education and training and while a lot of companies can place concrete and finish it well, the true proof is in the preparation of the subgrade and the quality of the concrete during the pour. Jose did a great job of making sure the subgrade was compacted, the rebar properly placed, and the concrete was nearly perfect. The finish at the end of the day was a 9/10. The crew did a great job cleaning up and making sure our house was protected from concrete spatter."
