"We have used GL Hunt for foundation repair for 9 years. In 2011 we were impressed with their customer service and warranty. We referred them to just about anyone who would ask (they offered a referral fee). In 2011 they leveled the front part of our home and returned in 2013 for warranty repair on that work. In 2015 they came back and did $10,000 work in the same area. These first visits they were responsive, friendly and it seemed like good value for money. Things changed in 2018, mainly from the administrative side. It took 6 months to schedule an appointment and they have a partnership with a plumbing company and require their plumbers to come and inspect before they come for a service call. The warranty is now nonexistent (GL Hunts warranty made them a good value, they are much more expensive than the competition) and they do not return phone calls. And now they used Subs rather than doing their own work. We are bringing them out one more time (October 2020) but I think it will be the last time. After $50,000 spent in the last 9 years, you would expect better service. I was a fan, but not so much anymore"

There was no discrepancy between what the estimator (Ryan) promised and what the leveling crew (David, Christian, and Blake) said they could do (and what they did) to re-level my concrete pad. "I am very happy with what they did for my back patio. I did get a few other quotes to have patio redone. The cost for having it redone was way more than I was willing to pay. There was an obvious slant in part of the patio and large crack going across it. The technique used leveled out the patio. The crack was filled in. The patio is now ready to be used more and also ready for resale. It would have had to be fixed before I would try to resale . I have that large project taken care. Also knowing there is a 2 yr warranty on the job is nice to have."

"Miguel was prompt and kept in good communication.  He worked with me to verify type of gravel used as the base, and assisted with installation of an improved vapor barrier I supplied myself, (two layers of Tu Tuf #4 and form sides consisting of Foamular 150 glued to the concrete permimeter beam in the garage).  Concrete pour of 5 inches of #4-reinforced 4000-psi concrete when very well, sloping 2 inches from back to front, and smoothed nicely by his team throughout the afternoon into early evening.  Highly recommend M & T Concrete, will ask them back for the rest of the driveway.
