"Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! The best part that we appreciate is they take all projects regardless big or small and will segment them into phases! He completes one phase before starting the next which we greatly appreciate. "The salesman sold us on a job that was not what he sold. The job started a day late, took 1 1//2 days longer and almost went over the weekend with 11 holes surrounding my house. Most of the crew were very hard workers but a few liked to take long breaks, sitting in our outside rocking chairs leaving chicken bones for our dog to choke on. I was to told that when they left, I would be left with a foot high wall of dirt/concrete surrounding 3 sides of my house. The hoses that were dug in the patios were filled quickly at the very end of the job and dried uneven and look sloppy. I had to call 3 times to get someone to come back out to fix the cracks in the outside walls as promised by the salesman. I was told that there would be a job foreman visiting at least once a day and would keep me updated on the progress. I saw him once, the very last day to get the check for the job."

"Juan and his crew were very nice, and fast experienced workers. Price was excellent too. They tore out an old patio with a bad slope, repoured and extended a one new one at the proper slope for us. And, cleaned everything up beautifully once done. Juan always called back when I left a message and kept me up to date when our job could be scheduled (we had lots of heavy rains in our area). Patio is a Medium Gray color with a brushed finish. These guys know what they are doing. Highly Recommend them."
