"We're very sorry to hear about your frustrations. We want to clarify a few important details. Our technicians first replaced the condenser fan motor, returned your unit to service, and later changed out the fan motor again when needed. At that time, the next step was to replace the control board. Because your repair was through your home warranty, every step required their prior approval. We participated in multiple conference calls with you and your warranty company, and at one point the warranty company told you while we were all on the phone ? that they had ordered the part. Unfortunately, we later learned that wasn?t the case. As soon as we discovered the part had not been ordered, we immediately placed the order ourselves. We understand how frustrating delays can be, but we are not allowed to perform work or make return visits without warranty authorization, as doing so could void your coverage. Additionally, when another company was brought in outside of your warranty, your warranty company required us to step back from the repair process. We regret that this process did not meet your expectations and are always working to improve communication between our office, warranty providers, and customers.
