Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. Thanks Manny, the only thing that has me concerned is the storm door lock, he had to add pieces to get it to lock, eventually that piece or the storm door will have to be replaced, as Manny and I discussed before he left. She looked at the pantry and told me she could build one. And she did exactly that the very next day! She took a piece of thinner piece of wood and cut it to fit perfectly) without taking off my door frame. She didn't charge me a arm and leg to do it. I love my door and show everyone who comes over. I tell them a Woman built this! Prices are reasonable and they are professional. I will call them for my next project."
