"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

The scheduler not only got me scheduled, but took the time to speak to the operations manager about the issue on Monday and then called me back to avoid me wasting money. The operations manager then talked with me for awhile about the issue, again to avoid my wasting money. I have rarely had a company show this level of professionalism and customer care. "We needed a shower head swapped from one bathroom to another and scheduled the work for the next day. We got call at 9:23am where they said we were next on the list. Then we got a call at 11:40am to say the plumber was on his way. At 12:25 we got a call from the plumber saying he'd be there in about 30 minutes. He spent about 15 minutes here to swap out the shower head. They charged a flat rate which we were not informed about until the plumber got here - it was $242. If we refused the work they would charge $131 for the trip charge. Again this was not communicated at the appointment scheduling. The plumber said that the company had been sold about 1 year ago and this is what it was now. We had used Dallas Plumbing for over 30 years; not anymore. The customer service is gone and they don't have any concept of small job pricing."

"We hired Rick Manning and his remodeling team to redo our kitchen, install new floors and paint. From our initial meeting with Rick we were impressed with the knowledge he has in the construction and remodeling industry. He gave us ideas to improve the flow and function of our kitchen which I believe is one of his strengths. He has insight and can visualize how a completed project will look. We had our kitchen completely redone which required demolition. This means we had new cabinets installed, new counter tops and new back splash. We also had our lighting completely redone in our kitchen and living area. There were times when we didn't receive communication we had hoped for but upon speaking with Rick, we had our questions answered and resolved. We liked how we didn't have to pay for the remodeling up front, however, when we requested additional work, we didn't receive estimates, the work was just done. Costs should be more clearly defined. We are very happy with our new floors and the painting completed by Kevin and his professional painting team. The project was even completed prior to the estimated date which allows our family to enjoy our new kitchen during this unfortunate time of quarantine of March 2020. Quality Work! Yes!"
