Alex was very kind, explained everything they were going to do, what I needed and didn't need and really made me feel comfortable that I had hired the right people. His people were hard working and courteous and did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards (I had a lot of large potted plants on my patio among other things, they moved them all so nothing would get damaged and then put it back when they were done). They also used a magnetic sweeper to make sure they got leftover nails up. After the job was done, a couple of days later, Alex came to walk around with me and look at the job and make sure everything was satisfactory. I even asked him if he did gutters and he advised me that I didn't need gutters everywhere I was going to add them, that they were only necessary at certain spots. So he saved me spending money I didn't need to. The roof looks great. It's a GAF Timberline architectural shingle UL rated 790 which is the best fire-rating for a roof.
