She measured everything and told me what the price was. She answered all my questions, didn?t fool around, lollygag or anything. Before she left, she told me what day they would come out. They came out that day, took less than an hour and they were done. 

The price was extremely reasonably. It was better than replacing windows, I?ll tell you that much. It keeps out heat, is the main thing for electricity. We were just very appreciative. Her husband, Chris came with her to install it and they were really great. I thought it would be more expensive, so the price was great. They were exceptionally pleasant, extremely friendly. They are very busy like. The professionalism, I was very impressed. They were honest.

We were thinking about replacing the windows and they said, ?no don?t do that because it is more expensive!? I said, ?yeah you?re right, but we didn?t know what to do!? They were also very focus on what their aim is, to help people. They were very clean, they had a clean appearance. Their truck was very clean, everything was neat. They are very well organized and very focused."

It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."
