"Two guys came out and tested each zone, we have 12 zones. They cleaned all the heads and replaced 4 broken heads. Jacob was very knowledgeable and discussed options to improve our antiquated irrigation system. He answered all our questions and was sympathetic on cost to upgrade our system, we just had our pool resurfaced and windows replaced. He suggested that we could replace our existing heads with more efficient ones and/or replace our old control panel with one that is easier to program and would save us money on our water bill/usage. He didn't try to sell us anything and told us to do our due diligence and research the products he suggested. He is going to send product detail and costs via email. All in all it was a good experience and worth the initial cost. We will soon decide how we want to proceed and will definitely call H2O Sprinkler System back to do the work.

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

Grading complexity, debris removal volume, equipment, labor, and permits determine expense levels.

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.

Surveys completed by licensed surveyors can be recorded with a local surveying records office, and in most cases, they will be. Filing survey reports categorize them as legal documents, and they can be used whenever legal documentation of your property’s boundaries is needed. While you’re not required to file survey documents, it’s a good idea to do so.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.
