"Signed contract on April 30, 2011 Contract stated that the lead time was 10-12 weeks; Cody completed 2 small projects (pull out trash compartment and reconfigured shelves) on 6-11-11. Cody returned in July with dishwasher panel and to remeasure cabinet for bathroom and to verify changes to bedroom shelf units (addition of built-in drawers); he explained that he was running behind due to excessive summer heat & no A/C in his shop, but he'd be in touch with me. "Fast forward" to October-bathroom cabinet was completed, and on Dec 21st, the shelves, our final project, was completed.

My husband and I were pleased with each finished project. We were not pleased with the length of time it took to get the job done. I realize that he was faced with several obstacles during the process, which was unfortunate. I can not recommend Cody for large projects...possibly small projects suit him better. At any rate, we feel fortunate that our jobs were completed. If you choose to hire Cody, be prepared to test your patience."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

The quality of the work was very good and we were completely satisfied with the workmanship. We also found Antonio to be very easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. He would generally stop by each the morning and late in the afternoon to review the work and answer our questions and address any of our concerns. He was also able to complete the job a day early. His team arrived on time each day, worked hard all day and were all well-behaved.

While we were pleased overall with White Lion, we were mildly disappointed in the team’s treatment of our house. They scratched a kitchen cabinet, lost a bathroom fixture (and didn't tell us) and didn’t clean-up the little mess left on top of the kitchen cabinets. To be fair, Antonio immediately took responsibility for the cabinet and had it repaired to our satisfaction immediately. And I have no doubt he would have taken action to replace the bathroom fixture and clean-up the top of the cabinets if we had told him about those too. But we didn’t notice them until a day after the job was done and it was easier for us to take care of them than to ask him to do so.  Regardless, being a little more thoughtful around the customer's house is an area where his team could stand some improvement.

Overall, we were pleased with the quality of the work and how responsive Antonio was to our needs and his willingness to address our concerns. Our issues were relatively minor in nature. We would use White Lion again.

"It went very well.  The representative was very professional.  She had good ideas and the visual helped me picture what the room would look like with different cabinets."

"We were very pleased with the workmanship of everything, but we were disappointed with the new look, as we were hoping they could refinish it in the same look.. The work was very glossy and had speckles that took some getting used to, as in the past we had the solid white cultured marble. We chose this pattern,....so this was NOT the fault of A + Tubs and Tops....They did an excellent job in all areas.  After Alex recommended going to Loew's (because we told him we were unhappy with this new look)...to look at what is being shown nowadays in the store, we felt better.   We called Alex and told him  we would like to have just the sink in the guest bathroom redone in a white cream color and keep the countertops  with the new refinished look..   Jonathan came out again and redid the sink as we had asked.
Both Alex and Jonathan were true professionals. It took a few days to get used to the new look, but now we are very pleased!    I would recommend A + Tubs and Tops very highly!
