Garcia did an excellent job, the finish repair is perfectly matched, no sign of the damage of repair remains.

We chose to do the work in 2 stages, a couple of months apart due to it being the holiday season. Mr. Garcia was easy to work with, very flexible with our schedules and the quality of the work was far beyond what we expected. The floor really looks beautiful. We plan on having him do the same job in our dining room in the near future. The salvaged flooring looks like a brand new floor.

He did very well. We don't have any complaints and I think the people we spoke to on the phone were very helpful. I think this was a very worthwhile investment. The price was very reasonable and he worked quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Rosalio has consistently arrived when he says he will, and if he's running late, he has called to let us know when he would arrive. When he did the bulk of our work in 2002, he completed the work in just two days time. Our home has lots of open spaces and angled walls and columns. He expertly installed snap=lock type flooring with virtually no waste. In fact we had two complete boxes of flooring leftover, which enabled us to install the flooring in the remaining room of the house and make the repairs this year. In fact, we still have 1 full box of flooring left. Rosalio and his crew clean up after themselves, and take their trash with them. You'd never know they were here yesterday. We've had the same high quality experience each time we've used him through the years.
