We were still in the process of moving some of the furniture around and he did not mind that. There was a decently big sized rug that he cleaned for us for free. And when I told him that I had allergies, he went to extent of moving a few things to hit areas under large furniture such as beds etc. At the end of it all, I was quite pleased with the results.
