In our previous house, we were burned by a different contractor, so we were a bit nervous entering into this project. Turns out we had nothing to worry about! Beau and his crew were great to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. Whenever we had a question or concern, Beau was prompt to reply or came by the house to discuss. There were no hidden surprises in the costs because Beau was always transparent and kept us apprised about any issues or needed adjustments that came up. He and his crew were courteous, professional, and showed up on time, every day. The project was completed on schedule and we're extremely happy with the results. When we start a job, we always communicate with home owners from beginning work to the completion of their project job. We will communicate with home owner each day (and during the day, if needed) to keep them updated on details and progress of their project. We are also known for our detailed coverings such as but not limited to, plastic walls around the project, protecting all flooring for inside work. For outside work, our crews use ample coverings such as but not limited to drop clothes, plastic, masking tape etc. to assure a very neat and clean job. Brick, landscaping, glass and hardware will be thoroughly protected from paint spills or over spray. We make sure the job is cleaned up each day. We pay attention to details on all work. All of our work is done the correct way and we never compromise quality by taking any short cuts. Our subcontractors have worked with us for many years. We keep the same ones, which makes it easier maintaining the jobs, and of course trust them working inside our customers’ homes. We have repeat customers going back as long as 32 years. They already know what to expect how we run our jobs. We treat new customers the same way as we have done for repeat customers over the many years.

Jack installed new cabinets, countertops and tile back splash. The new sink, faucet/sprayer and disposal were plumbed in. New light switches, plugs and recessed lights were installed. The new stainless vent hood tied in the stainless gas stove and refrigerator and looks great. Really impressed the fiinished product."

"I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."

Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."
