VANEGAS FURNITURE SHOP

Rudy Vanegass made the cabinets for our kitchen renovation and master bathroom addition. We couldn't be happier. He matched the style of our existing kitchen cabinets and did an excellent job. He made wonderful suggestions about the style and color of the cabinets. He was able to build the new master bathroom vanity cabinets to match the stain color and furniture stye of our master bedroom furniture.

This was done in two stages. 1. We were anxious to have the first two projects done before Christmas and Rudy came through. We went out to Bud and Rudy's shop to check the progress and pick out the stain for the shelves. Everything went as planned and we are very happy with the finished projects. 2. The last 3 project were not urgent. We especially didn't want them done until after Christmas. Rudy had the remaining cabinets made and was ready to install them in early February and was finished in two days. The 3rd and 5th project went off without a hitch. We were very happy with the results. The 4th project in the living room had a few complications. We were looking for an exact duplication of the left side of the fireplace cabinet and shelves to be put on the right side. Some of the dimensions were off and my perfectionism couldn't live with it. Rudy came back and made it "perfect". Rudy's craftsmanship is beautiful. We are very pleased with everything.

These guys bent over backwards to build cabinets for me. I needed a cabinet right away so as not to hold up my bathroom remodel. At first Bud said it would be a while because they were very busy right now, but then found a way to accommodate me. Rudy makes the cabinets and he can do anything you want. This was a small job, but they were very fast in delivering and I was very impressed with the whole experience. These guys are very easy to work with and do very nice work. They take pride in their work and want to please their customer. I will recommend them to anyone.

Bud and Rudy were very pleasant to work with. Just make sure you do not work without a contract; even though Bud and Rudy prefer not to work with a contract. Do not assume anything; always be on top of things. There were several items left out and errors made that were fortunately captured on time. Rudy was able to fix them immediately and did so without hesitation. Do not let them rush you into anything; whether it be agreeing to the specs or time of installation.
