"Mark was on time and came prepared to work! He mulched our entire front yard and took care in doing it. He kept everything neat through the process and respected the plants that he had to work around. Our palmetto tree was in bad shape and needed trimming. He made it look beautiful again. He worked most of the day and returned bright and early the next day to finish up. He also cut the grass in our backyard and edged. He was mannerly and the most important thing he was not in a hurry to finish. He was more interested in doing a good job. We plan on Mark coming back in September or October to replace rotten wood on our deck."

"Tactical Appliance Repair was assigned by my warranty Company to fix both my Dishwasher and my Clothes Washer as well. Travis was prompt and described what needed to be done to fix both items. In my case, I was lucky that the Clothes Washer was able to be fixed right on the spot with a new connector. He was polite, quick and I would definitely use this company again if any appliance broke. They are wonderful!"

"Scammers, I bought half a truckload for around 12k. I was sold scratch and dent “show room ready” appliances and 1 in 3 worked. I brought it up and was hung up on. They want me to tell customers who just bought from me to pay the deductible and have the warranty cover it. This is not a good company. They are also affiliated with Fanning, so I’d steer clear of them too."
