Tactical Appliance Repair was assigned by my warranty Company to fix both my Dishwasher and my Clothes Washer as well. Travis was prompt and described what needed to be done to fix both items. In my case, I was lucky that the Clothes Washer was able to be fixed right on the spot with a new connector. He was polite, quick and I would definitely use this company again if any appliance broke. They are wonderful!

After a terrible experience with a local "big name" company, I got a recommendation from a friend for Tactical Appliance. The technician was out the very next day. In fact, he was available the same day but I had to work. It turns out the big name company had misdiagnosed the problem. They were going to charge me close to $500 for a part it didn't even need. The technician, was super knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He went and picked up the heating element and had it installed the same day. He even stuck around and answered my questions and gave some advice on why my dishwasher doesn't seem to be cleaning good enough. I cross my fingers the rest of my appliances don't need repairs for awhile, but if they do I will definitely use Tactical Appliance again. Highly recommended.
