    Mark and his helper, in this case his daughter, arrived when expected, did excellent work and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The location of the hive was difficult at best, but Mark did an amazingly good job of opening the soffit and removing the bees. His daughter, Vivi, served as his ground crew and did an excellent job herself. I have had so-called grown men that didn't work as well and as hard as she did. It was a true pleasure watching him and her work in such a professional and workman-like manner. After working for around 8 hours are more to remove the bees Mark then closed up and sealed the soffit so that it looked as if it had never been disturbed. Having raised honey bees as a young man with my father I had a keen interest in saving and moving the bees to a safe location. Mark made that possible. Both he and his daughter were very knowledgeable about every aspect of honey bees and answered my many questions without hesitation. I really can't say enough good things about Mark's thoroughness and quality of work. My life-long philosophy is that I will not and have never recommended anyone for a job unless I know they will do an honest day's work. Mark gets my absolute strongest recommendation

    We had a number of wasps nests hanging from the second story of our home. We called this company, gave them a description of our need and sent them a few photos. They quoted a reasonable price and sent someone out the next day. The technician was prompt and polite. He sprayed and removed most of the nests, but left a few. We called the technician to tell him about the missed nests, he was very professional, apologized for the omission and came back and removed the remaining nests. Very satisfied. Highly recommended

    I paid $250 to have a honeybee colony removed without killing them. I talked to Jonathan who was professional and knowledgeable. He assured me that the bee keeper would safely remove the bees and keep them alive and healthy. However, I am not sure this is the case. The workers stuffed the bees into a trash bag. When I put something in a trash bag it is generally thrown away and not kept alive. Unfortunately I could not communicate with the bee keeper and her 2 workers because they did not speak a word of English. Any question I asked had to be translated over the phone, which was very frustrating. In summary, I feel like I was told what I wanted to hear. I’m not sure that you will get what you pay for if you want live removal and relocation. I’d use another bee removal service with more effective communication

They came out a few days after i called on and gave me an estimate on 6-29-20 and set a live trap in the attic, caught the racoon, humanely released it in the woods 5 miles away, re-set the trap, caught a 2nd racoon, came the next day and released that raccoon in the woods, and then caught a third racoon and released it accordingly. Then they set traps in the attic for smaller varmits. And I had Chris put up a dozen metal grills to cover the soffit openings that had been covered with screen for the last 40 years. I first noticed one broken screen 4 years ago and heard some noise in the attic periodically through the years. Wish I had called them in 2016. They also sprayed inside and that really took care of the roach problem! I never had it done before because of the dog, but that wasn't a problem because they used a pet-friendly pesticide. It all cost around $650 but was well worth it

    When our landscaper said we had a bee problem after they were stung, we called in the experts at Critter Control. Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. Well---there was no bee nest found, nor any signs of bees in or around the utility boxes within the landscaped area. We are so grateful that Critter Control is upfront and honest. They gave us helpful information on signs to look for but didn't even charge us for their inspection service call. Now this is amazing customer service! Thanks Critter Control

    We just replaced our outdated and expensive security system with Smith Thompson Security. Our contacts with sales and support were friendly and helpful. The installation technician said our old system was usable and up-gradable to the new technology. We added cameras as well. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and full of tips on using the system. Total monthly cost for this new improved security was about half of what we were paying out to the old national company. So far, we are very, very pleased with our choice

    Texas Tree Team reviewed my requested scope of work, visited property and then presented me with a professional quote, describing what they would do, in terms an arborist would use and with respect to what I wanted done. They also provided their proof of insurance. Their price was lower than two other services I contacted and the communication was more professional. When the day came for service, the tenant or a neighbor had parked a pickup truck under the tree and the Team called me. My tenant was not at home so I suggested the Tree Team see if the truck belonged to neighbors. Tree Team leader told me he'd 'make it work', and he did. After completion, I was presented with pictures of before and after service (I am in another state) and the invoice. I would definitely hire Texas Tree Team again
