I've been using Critters of Texas for 15 years. They are very professional and prompt. Rescheduling is never a problem. I've never had problems with bugs.

Mary in the office is so nice and always so on top of things. She calls to schedule and remind me of upcoming treatments. I have them come out every 3-4 months for a house treatment, and twice a year for the yard. I don't know what they use, but it works! I have a 2 year old and a huge yard and feel completely fine letting him play in the yard without having to worry about ants and other bugs. We had a few very large an hills and with only 1 yard treatment they were gone! Also, the house has been great. I haven't seen much at all, and if I do see any bugs they're dead. Jason is the one who comes out to spray and he's always so professional. I highly recommend them!

"We always welcome imput from our customers and we are always striving to improve. We treated his house and yard on August 15, 2014 and the customer was contacted on a follow up call on September 3, 2014. At that time the customer said everything was great in terms of the technician and the quality of service, however he indicated that there were still signs of ants and at that time I scheduled a re-treatment of his home on September 10th. I did check back a week later and the customer was very pleased and even signed up for a quarterly treatment plan. When I called back for his next scheduled service, the customer informed me that he had sold his home."

Larry came out and did a great job. Very pleasant experience from the women who scheduled the appointment to Larry walking me inside and outside our new rental house to show me what was going on. He even found newly formed termite tubes that were relatively new and thankfully had not done any damage to the house yet. Def recommend them

Woke up this morning to a kitchen full of ants! Horrified and upset, I started calling exterminators. I came across Critters of Texas. They returned my call and were very kind and understanding. They said they could come to the house later in the day. Larry arrived exactly when Mary said he would. Larry was very kind, knowledgable, professional, and honest, put us right at ease that our ant problem would be taken care of. He even taught us some things we could do ourselves to help. Highly recommend Critters of Texas without reservation.

Had an indoor treatment. Was told we'd need a yard treatment. Didn't listen and the ants returned several times. They came back two more time to treat inside at no charge. Had the outdoor treatment and have had no sign of ants since. Crazy ants are becoming a huge problem and Critters of Texas did an excellent job of addressing the problem, though I understand from my own research we'll need to treat repeatedly in years to come.

Critters of Texas was the third exterminator we called to help us with a rat (or rats!) in our attic; they were the first to actually rid us of the problem. Very professional, courteous, on-time and fast. I would recommend the company to anyone.

I found the company on Angie's List and spoke to the company owner before hiring them to come out. He was very friendly and informative. I liked that they worked on Saturdays and he also offered discounts on the price. The only part I didn't like is that he charged an additional $10 to lay out rat bait. However, the charge included more than one package of bait. The exterminator was right on time, very professional and took time to answer questions. He was thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the heavy sprayer they used on the outside of the house and it looked like he covered every part of the yard. I will definitely use them again.
