We treated his house and yard on August 15, 2014 and the customer was contacted on a follow up call on September 3, 2014. At that time the customer said everything was great in terms of the technician and the quality of service, however he indicated that there were still signs of ants and at that time I scheduled a re-treatment of his home on September 10th. I did check back a week later and the customer was very pleased and even signed up for a quarterly treatment plan. If for any reason a customer's problem is not resolved following our initial treatment, we ask the customer to call and let us know so that we may follow up and see exactly what other measures need to be taken to remedy the situation. We specifically have a 90 day warranty on the in-home exterminating done for a residence or a business for common pests and our yard warranty is 30 days.
