I've been using Critters of Texas for 15 years. They are very professional and prompt. Rescheduling is never a problem. I've never had problems with bugs.

Mary in the office is so nice and always so on top of things. She calls to schedule and remind me of upcoming treatments. I have them come out every 3-4 months for a house treatment, and twice a year for the yard. I don't know what they use, but it works! I have a 2 year old and a huge yard and feel completely fine letting him play in the yard without having to worry about ants and other bugs. We had a few very large an hills and with only 1 yard treatment they were gone! Also, the house has been great. I haven't seen much at all, and if I do see any bugs they're dead. Jason is the one who comes out to spray and he's always so professional. I highly recommend them!

Larry came out and did a great job. Very pleasant experience from the women who scheduled the appointment to Larry walking me inside and outside our new rental house to show me what was going on. He even found newly formed termite tubes that were relatively new and thankfully had not done any damage to the house yet. Def recommend them

Woke up this morning to a kitchen full of ants! Horrified and upset, I started calling exterminators. I came across Critters of Texas. They returned my call and were very kind and understanding. They said they could come to the house later in the day. Larry arrived exactly when Mary said he would. Larry was very kind, knowledgable, professional, and honest, put us right at ease that our ant problem would be taken care of. He even taught us some things we could do ourselves to help. Highly recommend Critters of Texas without reservation.

Had an indoor treatment. Was told we'd need a yard treatment. Didn't listen and the ants returned several times. They came back two more time to treat inside at no charge. Had the outdoor treatment and have had no sign of ants since. Crazy ants are becoming a huge problem and Critters of Texas did an excellent job of addressing the problem, though I understand from my own research we'll need to treat repeatedly in years to come.

They were prompt and courteous. I scheduled the appointment by phone and they gave me a timeslot that weekend at my desired time. They were early.
Description of Work: Critters of Texas came to my house for a regular Spring extermination. I had used them before for a rental house and was pleased. The exterminator answered my questions and was friendly. Service was prompt. They were able to come out at my first available time and were early.

Critters of Texas was the third exterminator we called to help us with a rat (or rats!) in our attic; they were the first to actually rid us of the problem. Very professional, courteous, on-time and fast. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Description of Work: Before moving into our home, I wanted an extermination as there was evidence of insects albeit dead ones. The ower of this buisness was friendly and gave me a brief history of his company. The tech showed up on time, with an ID badge. He asked me a few questions about my reasons for wanting Critters of Texas to exterminate my home. He performed a survey of the home cabinets, attic, yard and garage prior to doing what they do to make critters breathe their last. The tech explained the contract and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service from the initial telephone conversation to the actual extermination service. I will continue to use this company as needed.

I found the company on Angie's List and spoke to the company owner before hiring them to come out. He was very friendly and informative. I liked that they worked on Saturdays and he also offered discounts on the price. The only part I didn't like is that he charged an additional $10 to lay out rat bait. However, the charge included more than one package of bait. The exterminator was right on time, very professional and took time to answer questions. He was thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the heavy sprayer they used on the outside of the house and it looked like he covered every part of the yard. I will definitely use them again.

03/01/2014, I have continued to his services and still rate him A. Appointments are always made at my convenience. He has courteous workers and I will continue to use his services. His services rid my home of all the problems for a year. I feel his rates are very good. I have a patio home and 6000 sq ft yard. I have him come out to reset the rat poison on a yearly basis and for the ants as needed. Very nice family owned company and very pleasant people to work with.
Description of Work: I had several problems; silverfish, indoor ants, outdoor ants and outdoor rats from fields, He was careful to explain the chemicals to me to keep my dog in the house for awhile. I saw the benefit of the spray right away. The poison he baited my traps with worked very good and we didn't have any dead vermin in our yard.

From the start was a good experience the gentleman was easy to communicate with and i was able to setup an appt for saturday, which is hard to do these days but needed if you work during the week. they came on time like they said they would and sprayed everything down attic and outside as well. we even setup with them a quarterly check up to keep pest away.
