They are very good. The person that's been coming to my house his name is Dave. He knows the house and they are very good.

James MIllspa and Jim arrived on time and finished all of the work in 25 minutes. They did not charge anything for the inspections or for adding steel wool to cover the gap in a hole on the outside of the house. They did an excellent job and the price was excellent! Very professional!

We like their technician (Paul) because he is experienced, thorough, friendly, and very professional. Since we began using their service we have had no pest issues!

They were professional, prompt, and didn't try to up-sell me. I would use them again.

Well, they did my house for a while. I had a big disaster in the house where everything was torn up for a while. So, there wasn't any reason for them to come around. Well, I did use them to find a mouse. Nowadays they're kind of expensive. So, eventually, the mouse apparently died. The price was actually pretty high it was about $90 and they told me in advance that it was going to be that way. But he also able to diagnose what kind of animal it was. Usually, I had them before I was protected from roaches and they were fine with that and they had just started doing rodents. This is my experience. Overall, I would give them an "A" because I'd rather the other work than they do than the mouse because I think they were pretty high about that. Actually, one of the traps did catch a gigantic animal eventually. But there was another animal that kept sneaking in the house, but I didn't kill him, I repelled him with mint oil. They're very nice, in fact; I had a lot of conversation with him through the website. I sent a comment to him, and he answered the question which was kind of interesting. I really never done that with anyone before. At least one of them dies. One rodent was killed by their trap. The other rodent, I don't know how he died. He was very responsive.

Perfectly! Showed up on time, professional and very knowledgeable!

I was very dissatisfied with their customer service. I had called them to get it set up to where I can have an account with them. The girl said yeah they do that then they checked with the owner said no they do not because the owner does not trust me, not a friendly experience.

Had a very hard time getting them out. When I explained my situation, they said that they couldn't help me because I wasn't a regular customer. They said that if there was an established relationship, they would have made the extra effort. Not really what someone wants to hear.

I have the same friendly technician every time. He is on time, and they set real times (not huge windows of time). He is sweet to my kids, answers all my extra questions, and has applied specialized treatments for ants before for no charge. They are also persistent in calling me to schedule my service- I tend to need that reminder! I always recommend them!

The service person that does our house is very professional. We had an insect problem with out prior service provider and our situation is much better then it was. They are a little higher then what we were paying.

They are easy to work with, fair in price and convenient. I also like that there is no order once they are done. 

I will continue to use them.

They came in and sprayed for pests. They are consistent, reliable and trustworthy. We always feel comfortable around them while they are here working.
