"When we purchased our house several years ago, we knew we would have to install a patio as there was nothing in our backyard but grass. We found Jay with Advanced Curb Appeal at the Houston Home and Garden Show. His booth accurately displayed the type of pavers he would use to create our patio. Jay met with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and approximate cost to install. He made recommendations as to color and type of paver. Next, he showed us examples of the bricks and explained the process. Jay then worked with our HOA to receive approval for the install. Once the crew came out, they worked nonstop! Each paver was placed with care. They spent a lot of time making sure it was level and that any water would drain correctly. The results are stunning and I could not be happier. "My initial consultation with Belle went great. She is very knowledgeable and is very easy-going. We discussed a plan to remove some VERY large bushes and install some new plants and trees. After a day or two, she sent me a drawing with suggestions. I responded and asked if she could incorporate a few small existing fruit trees and maybe do a more "tropical" option. She sent me another drawing with those changes, which I loved. The price was a little above my budget, so I asked if we could downsize one of the garden areas, reduce the size of the path, and apply the Angie's List discount. She did all of the changes, except she said the Angie's List discount was no longer valid. The price was still better than before, so I asked her to go ahead and schedule it. She wrote me a short time later to let me know they would honor the discount from the older magazine since that was how I found them. Very classy! Linc came on a Friday, cut down all of the old bushes in one day, cleared all of the stumps and prepped on the second day, installed the plants on a third day and completed the path on the fourth day. It looks wonderful! Now I hope I can keep it all alive!
