We are expanding our services to the Sealy and Cypress area. We Build, Repair, Service and Maintain your pool and pool equipment. We do it all. Very well. The technician was professional and informative regarding the condition of our pump and the state of the current market for pool pumps and parts. Before beginning the work, he gave us a range of prices for the job, based on video of the pump leak. The final cost was within that range and very competitive.

It was phenomenal. We've been with them for over 5 years. They were professional. They were attention to detail. They were a great team. I highly recommend them to everybody. They were one of the best the companies we've had. We love them. The price was $200 monthly.

Excellent. My filter pump failed after Hurricane Harvey. Despite the fact that I was a new customer and Kevin was busy saving his regular customers, Kevin found the time on Sunday to get me up and running and save my pool from costly algae cleaning. Kevin was very professional and did a fantastic job. I have utilized 5 other pool service companies previously and Rychlik Pool Services, LLC is far and away the best.

I trust them completely. Kevin will suggest your buying things directly to avoid his mark up. If he finds something amiss, he always asks before commencing work though he doesn't need to, I trust him that much.

My daughter's 1 year old birthday part was in 30 days. I told Kevin that you have 30 days to fix this mess I created. Well, Kevin delivered as promised. My pool looked great on my little girl's 1st birthday. The bill to fix my mess up seemed steep, but at that moment, I needed results, not a bunch of price quotes. Again, I want to emphasize, Kevin delivers on his promises. Ever since then (4 years ago), Kevin has been my pool technician. He is very aware of finding opportunities for improvement. If something is broke, he'll fix it; for a price of course, but it GET'S DONE. Kevin is very responsive. When some algae showed up, I called Kevin. The next day he was at my pool with two other pool technicians brushing the sides and bottom of my pool. I have recommended Kevin to others who have expressed interest in needing a pool service company. While I do find some of the cost steep, I feel that I "get what I pay for".

When he checked the water he agreed with me that I needed help. So he added the chemicals that I needed. When he look over my equipment he said I had a link in the part that I do my backwash that it needed to be replace. The I told him my Chlorine Feeder was not working he looked at it and say i was right and it needed to be replace also. After every thing was fixed he took the time to show me how to use the kit to check my water . That was very nice of him.

They installed pump 15 days later for price 200-300 more than original estimate. They had very poor communications throughout or would have gotten someone else. Communications they did provide were rude, abusive, and in many cases lies. The owner came to my home while pump was being installed, pool had turned green and looked like a cesspool while I had potential buyers and family over so embarrassed me and missed potential sale. The owner said techs would be over the next day and for as many days as it took to clean up. This was lie as did not show up. I now take care of pool myself and easy with initial cost of equipment and 8 months of chemicals equaling.one month of their cleaning charge. They are abusive crooks who lie to your face and I can as strongly as possible recommend against using them for anything. Jim McDonel

While there was a communication issue between the business and the customer, the customer was not charged any extra to the added time it took to complete job. We wish we could have pleased Mr. [Member Name Removed], but unfortunately neither could 2 other companies previous to us that called and warned about him. I wish all personalities worked together all the time. That being said, we appreciate every review and every customer. Kevin Rychilk has been servicing our pool for 7+ years. He comes weekly, keeps water balanced and pool clean. He has replaced pumps, filters, pipes, and cleaners. He is reasonable and is responsive when there is a problem.
