On time. Knowledgeable. Communication was good. They listened and did excellent work and showed me everything they did to ensure I was satisfied. Wish they were closer to me for routine issues, but they accommodated me in a timely fashion although their main office is an 75 min drive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in Katy Tx and area.

Excellent! The crew was so quiet at their morning start, they kept the area clean the entire time. They mended the yard where trenches were dug to the point you can barely notice. Would absolutely recommend them.

I would give them five star but due to a minor disagreement that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The employee and the admin department need to communicate better and make sure what was discuss with the homeowners is transmitted back accurately. Recommend to paper document if you are not talking directly to the person sending the invoice. I have recommended this business to my neighbors.

Had lawn services perform on April 4, 2023. In performing service a line was accidentally cut due to incorrect markings. Rhino service finish the installation and work with us in getting service restored. They worked with us until we had everything working again. Very professional and I would recommend Rhino Service anytime.

Carlos was very informative from our initial conversation. He explained the product, process & price. The team marked our lawn as stated a few days earlier. The crew showed up slightly earlier than expected. This was good for me. The expected completion was two days. It was completed in one day. Tech explained how to use system and tested each zone with adjustments. Many payment options available. Easy pay transaction. No money up front. Paid in full when work was complete. It has not been 24 since installation. I will have to monitor performance.
